Οι τοπικοί Σύλλογοι Αρχιτεκτόνων Μούγλα και Fethiyie (Μάκρη) της Τουρκικής πόλης διοργανώνουν διεθνές συνέδριο για το Λιβίσι στις 8-10 Σεπτεμβρίου 2011.
Στο συνέδριο θα συμμετάσχουν Τούρκοι και Γάλλοι καθηγητές, ενώ την Ελλάδα θα εκπροσωπήσουν η κα Δέσποινα Δαμιανού, Καθηγήτρια Λαογραφίας στο Δημοκρίτειο Πανεπιστήμιο και ο Πέτρος Μεχτίδης, Αρχαιολόγος – Συντηρητής έργων τέχνης στο Μουσείο Βυζαντινού Πολιτισμού, με θέμα ΤΟ ΛΙΒΙΣΙ ΣΕ ΧΑΡΤΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΜΑΡΤΥΡΙΕΣ ΠΕΡΙΗΓΗΤΩΝ, 16ος- 20ος ΑΙΩΝΑΣ.

b. Install a plaque to the memory of Architects and Builders who lived in Kayakoy.
